Competition

Founded in 1990, Meals on the Surf Club is the cause of several events for the development of the local surf, OPT including Horu, one of the largest local surfing competitions and certainly one of the most anticipated and most popular. In June 2002, as every year, the beautiful black sand beach of Papara has hosted the first surfing competition of the season, the twelfth edition of the Opt Horu.
